All of our large party bookings are held on our pier located at the end of our dock on the north side of the property.  There is a non-refundable fee of $150 to rent the pier which secures that space for the duration of your party.  The area is covered and retractable isenglass sides can be rolled down in case of inclement weather to ensure your comfort.  The deposit is due upon confirmation of your booking.

The pier can accomodate a maximum of 65 people.  We offer two buffet menus ranging in price from $24.95 to $28.95 per person plus tax (6.5%) and gratuity (20%).  Additionally we feature a varied horsdourve and appetizer menu for a lighter fare. Should you desire something not listed please consult with our management team.

Once your party has been booked, the menu selection made and the number of persons attending determined, you will have time to make changes if necessary.  Menu changes can be made up until 7 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to your function.  Final guest count may be changed up until 72 BUSINESS HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT..  The final guest count must be FAXED or EMAILED and is the minimum you will be charged for. Any last minute increases in guest count will be accommadated to the best of our ability and will apply for final billing.
